Robert Vaughan, CEO of Huntington Beach, CA based Best-VIP Chauffeured Worldwide, grew up working in the family towing business and decided to combine what he’d learned there with his desire to offer the public top quality, individualized transportation. Starting in 1995 with a single vehicle, he founded Best Limousine. Growing the company at a measured pace, Vaughan was able to maintain and improve upon his commitment to provide “the BEST experience imaginable.”

By 2011 it became clear that “full service” included adding motorcoaches to the fleet. Vaughan purchased the first two of five Van Hool coaches and in November of 2015 Vaughan was able to acquire a major, top quality competitor and Best-VIP Worldwide has emerged as a major regional carrier.

In 20 years Best-VIP (www.best-vip.com/) has grown to employ 230 people with a diverse fleet of 124 vehicles, including 18 luxury motorcoaches and offers corporate transportation, airport and hotel transfers, and luxury charters. “We provide personalized VIP transportation from one to a thousand clients or more. The key to providing superior service is our staff - particularly our Chauffeurs. We give them special training, not just in safely operating vehicles, but in how to provide our customers with a great experience,” says Vaughan. “Once we get the right staff, it’s important to give them the best possible tools to work with.” To that end Best-VIP has recently acquired seven new Van Hool motorcoaches, including four 56 passenger CX45’s, one 56 passenger TX45 and two 40 passenger CX35’s.

The coaches are equipped with Grand Luxe passenger seats trimmed in leather, USB power outlets, Wi-Fi, REI Elite Entertainment systems, wood grained flooring, magazine nets, cup holders and a stunning metallic black paint scheme. In addition all seven have Van Hool standard safety features including 3 point seatbelts, backup camera, lane departure warning, antilock brakes, Smartwave Tire Pressure Monitoring, Kidde Fire Suppression Systems, automatic stability control, daytime running lights, curbside lighting and adaptive static aiming lights.

Charlie Walser, Senior Account Executive at ABC Companies, Van Hool’s exclusive US Distributor pointed out that Best’s first coaches were Van Hool’s. “We really.....................    READ MORE >
