ABC Companies is bringing its most immersive booth experience yet to UMA Motorcoach EXPO 2026, taking place Feb. 11-14 in Birmingham, Alabama.
At Booth 132, ABC will feature a fully equipped 2026 Van Hool CX45 alongside an interactive virtual showroom highlighting the company’s latest vehicle, service, parts, and support solutions. Members of the ABC team and representatives from VDL Van Hool will be on-site throughout the show to engage with operators, technicians, and decision-makers.

The Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (LA Metro) has applauded Congress for pledging 94.3 million USD worth of funding toward mobility related projects for the 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games in the recently enacted transportation spending law.
Part of a broader bill that seeks to provide federal investment for public transit and passenger rail infrastructure; the funding will see LA Metro advance with its Games Enhanced Transit System (GETS)—a temporary supplementary system to move spectators and the workforce to and from venues.
The funding will also see a number of improvements made to stations, mobility hubs and light rail; support given for the Games Route Network; and a number of enhancements carried out at venue areas....................................

To those on the outside, transporting students with disabilities seems easy. Just buy an accessible bus and some equipment, and start using them together, right? Not so fast.
The problem is, to ensure safety for any student on board the bus, equipment must be used exactly as intended. When you have a bus of students with varying needs and disability levels, the driver and aide must be able to address each child’s needs and troubleshoot whatever else comes up.
