Croswell Bus Lines continues to invest in its fleet with the addition of new 2026 Van Hool CX45 motorcoaches through its long-standing partnership with ABC Companies, reinforcing the company’s focus on operating dependable, modern equipment across its transportation services.

A portion of this fleet investment was recently recognized during UMA EXPO 2026, where Croswell Bus Lines was presented with a commemorative $1.8 million check highlighting the company’s continued investment in its fleet and partnership with ABC.

Founded in 1921, Croswell Bus Lines is a family-owned transportation provider based in Cincinnati, Ohio. The company provides charter motorcoach services, corporate transportation, university mobility programs, and shuttle operations throughout the region. Croswell also plays a key role in supporting transportation for the University of Cincinnati, including campus transit and athletic travel.

The new CX45 coaches will support Croswell’s charter and contract operations and include:
* Leather-accented passenger seating with cup holders and USB-A and USB-C charging outlets
* Modified contoured parcel racks with 15-inch and 23-inch onboard monitors
* Custom exterior paint and graphics reflecting Croswell’s fleet branding

DATTCO Inc., a family-owned transportation company based in Connecticut, has acquired Land/Jet, a Watertown-based bus operator, in a move aimed at expanding its regional footprint and modernizing its fleet.

The acquisition, announced Monday, strengthens DATTCO’s presence in western Connecticut and extends its service into New York, the company said. Financial terms were not disclosed.

DATTCO President Don DeVivo said the deal represents an investment in infrastructure and workforce growth. “This expansion allows us to grow our operations, create local jobs and continue delivering dependable service,” DeVivo said. ........................

John Sitar, a bus operator for Hampshire County Schools in West Virginia, has made old-school business dress part of his daily routine for the past 15 years. The attire is a “self-imposed uniform,” a way to show students that he takes pride in his job and cares about the children he serves.
