  Patrick Industries, Lippert to Combine in All-Stock Merger

Patrick Industries (NASDAQ: PATK) and LCI Industries (NYSE: LCII) (LCI or Lippert) today, June 30, announced they have entered into a definitive agreement to combine in an all-stock merger, forming a premier component solutions provider for the outdoor enthusiast, housing and transportation markets. Under the agreement, which the Boards of Directors of both companies unanimously approved, LCI shareholders will receive 1.2440 shares of Patrick common stock for each share of LCI common stock they own, according to identical press releases from both Lippert and Patrick.

Following completion of the transaction, Patrick shareholders will own approximately 52% of the combined company and LCI shareholders will own approximately 48%.

Campbell Bus Lines has reached a milestone few family-owned motorcoach operators achieve, taking delivery of its 100th motorcoach from Prevost during a ceremony at the manufacturer’s Quebec factory.

The delivery was celebrated on June 23 at Prevost’s facility in Sainte-Claire, Quebec, where co-owner Todd Campbell participated in the company’s “Ring the Bell” tradition, marking the completion of the vehicle and commemorating the partnership between the manufacturer and its customers.

Campbell Bus Lines, based in Slippery Rock, Pennsylvania, was founded in the 1970s by Gerald and Janet Campbell to serve rural communities in western Pennsylvania. Their sons, Todd and Art Campbell, expanded the company into the motorcoach market in the 1990s and now operate Campbell Tours and TLC Tours................................
