The National Association of Motorcoach Operators has appointed Josephine Arrington, service center operations manager at MCI's Blackwood, New Jersey, facility, to its board of directors as the association's original equipment manufacturer representative.

Arrington brings nearly two decades of experience in motorcoach maintenance and operations to the role. She joined Motor Coach Industries 19 years ago as a mechanic and advanced through positions including service advisor before assuming her current role.

Her experience working directly with operators, shop managers and drivers has given her firsthand insight into the challenges facing the industry, including workforce shortages, rising fuel costs, insurance expenses and.........................

BusRight has named Lawson Crook, a special education bus driver for Sulphur Springs Independent School District in Texas, as the recipient of its first-ever Behind The Wheel Award, recognizing his dedication to students and community service.
